Last class of salsa, WW pointed out several problems of my dance.
1. My upper half is too stiff when spinning. get relaxed.
2. inside turn twist. Don't move the weight of body to the right leg at twist One. Just touch the floor slightly by the right toe and then return. The only way to keep the vertical axis of your body straight in twist is to do more practice.
3. keep the tense of the arms, especially the elbows. The movements of lady’s arms should be limited within the two planes in the direction of two arms vertical to the floor except the leader directs otherwise. My understanding is that the lady should follow the leader but also has her independence, that’s how the resistance between the partners produces.
