节奏：Salsa音乐通常是4/4拍，也就是说每小节里有四拍，salsa舞独具特色的音乐节奏是以两个小节为一个乐节，也就是八拍。

Salsa基本敲击节奏：Salsa音乐通常每分钟有180拍，构成Salsa中的基本韵律元素主要有三种敲击节奏，他们分别是Congo、Cowbell、Clave。

Congo是四拍敲击两次，八拍敲击两次。(有点像每一四拍组合步之间的分隔敲击声)

Cowbell是在１　３　５　７时硬金属敲击的声音。（这个节奏鲜明，太容易听了）

Clave又分为两种２—３Clave和３—2Clave，他们分别是在前四拍敲击两次——后四拍敲击三次；和前四拍敲击三次——后四拍敲击两次。

Clave 2—3是：２３，５and 8 (and 在６７之间)

Clave 3—2是：1and 4 , 6 7  (and 在２３之间）

(Clave-An offbeat 3/2 or 2/3 rhythmic pattern over two bars, the basis of all Cuban music, into which every element

of arrangement and improvisation should fit. Clave is an African-derived pattern with equivalents in other Afro-Latin

musics. The common 3/2 Cuban clave varies in accentuation according to the rhythm being played. Clave seems to be part

of the inspiration for the two-bar bass patterns in modern black music. 2/3 reverse clave is less common, though the

guaguanco uses it. ),
